Cloudy and Rainy weather is the perfect time to sit on Etsy and look for pretty things that can make the winter days even better.

I gathered products from all different fields to give a complete look and style for the winter mood.

Lets begin!
This leather clutch is perfect for any season really, but in the winter you always need more room for stuff.. so here you will have plenty of space to fit everything in!

This chunky scarf is so vibrant, I love it! It is warm, made of wool and two sided with the pattern- just pull it over your head and go!

Ok so its winter and you are probably drinking a lot of hot drinks- perfect! Here are some lovely coasters for you to use.

While you are cuddling up on your sofa why not use this fun and beautiful pouf?

I love the over sized style in the winter, you just throw it on and feel all cozy inside. Check out this vintage one.

Who said you are too old to cuddle with a stuffed bunny pillow?!

These stunning ankle boots will defiantly spice up any winter outfit, they can be for a dressy or casual look, with jeans or a dress.

How about these tights? With the gold twist, super special great combo with the grey!

This embroidery hoop looks like a great addition to any living room and will brighten up your rainy days.

Last but not least, my textile necklace. Black white and grey, great with any winter outfit!

Bye and stay warm!

Summer has official begun and you can feel it. There is no doubt about it. Hot and muggy.. But you know what else goes on in the summer? Colors!
This past week I worked on some new colorful versions of my funky necklaces, making each one of them in one color. Green, Pink, YELLOW!!! Fresh, Summery and a super fun statement necklaces.

So now I'm gonna let you in on what goes on in my studio...

I found these awesome soft colorful fabrics. They were going to be thrown out since they were cut outs from my shrugs, small pieces that had no use anymore..

Excess materials that have no use any more..
So after a bit of thought I decided to do something colorful in honor of the summer. I'm talking bold colorful. A necklace totally yellow, a necklace totally green, a necklace totally red and so on to what ever color comes to hand.  So I rolled them into these shapes I like to call Rollies.

Rollies being made

And finally after hours of work of rolling and sewing and rolling and sewing, the necklaces were done!
And now they are proudly presented in my shop window with a whole new summery look going on.

Sheeebz textile necklaces in green yellow and red are ready!

You can also see Sheeebz Textile Necklace on Etsy .

Stay tuned for more colorful creations...

Pottery and people

Red bowls by Galit Sofer Mizrachi

When I was living in New York, many years ago, I took a pottery class. It was amazing. I enjoyed it immensely and was so sad to leave it at the end of the year when I returned home. Time past since then and the idea of taking it up again came and went.
When I joined the design complex "Designers in the city" where my Sheeebz studio / shop is located, I was happy to discover that I was surrounded by potters.  As well as creating (AMAZING pieces, might I add.. ) some of the potters offer to teach pottery. Though I have not yet taken them up on their offer I would love to go back and potter again!
Right across from my shop you will find the oh-so-talented (!!!) Galit Sofer Mizrachi who is a Bezalel graduate. Galit's pottery varies from bowls to mugs and even cute little magnets.
Her style is clean with a lot of earthy tones, she uses alot of natural feeling textures. Another great thing about Galit's pottery is that it is very light weight! Pottery in its finest!

Located right across from my shop at Bezalel 7 in Jerusalem you will find her shop - with pieces of her work peeking from the window..

Lets step in and check it out..

Here we find Galit working on the wheel..

These mugs are as mentioned before light weight and so very fun to hold and drink from.

Galit uses a technique in which she makes prints of different images on the pottery. Here is a tiny bowl great for salt or olives. Oh, look a fly!

Here are some earthy mugs with no handle so they are cozy and fun to hold.

Galit makes many bowls in this shape. I love it, it's unique and specious. It can be used for casarolls or can be a decorative piece to serve fruit in.

And here is a lemony colored bowl for a summer day!

Are you in to black coffee? Well these are Galit's pottery adaptation to the classic glass cups!

So check out Galit's Facebook page to stay updated and stay tuned for other features of "Designers in the city" on my blog!

If you are traveling to Jerusalem come visit us at Bezalel 7, in the designers complex. We are both here among a bunch other talented designers in fashion, jewelry, accessories bags and more!

Till next time,

Hi fashion lovin' people!

I am back with a post on one of this summer's trending motifs- WEAVING!
I love weaving! I used to weave when I was in school. I found it fun and calming, but it took a lot of my time.. so I kinda gave it up. Just today I was surfing around and found this great article on 2014 summer trends by Poppytalk (I love there blog!!!) and saw weaving was one of them!

Here are some weaving inspirations that I came upon, Enjoy!

Weaving can be a great, fun and relaxing activity. It takes time, patience and creativity.
I think I may go back to it and see what comes out.. Ill keep you posted!

Hi there!

It's been a while since my last post.. I've been super busy with my new collection and with Passover cleaning and then Passover eating.. :)

So I am back with a post on Sheeebz  new shrug collection (Yay!!) .
The Photoshoot took place some weeks ago. With me were 3 talented professional. I was so pleased with the result!
I will first introduce them to you:
Photographer: Stanley Rudnick,
Makeup Artist: Shani Schachter
Model: Heike Kiss.

In this shoot I was going for something clean, neutral with a bit of spice.

So here are the results!

Iv'e noticed that many are looking for elegant style shrugs to wear with a dress or outfit. Here are some of the shrugs in that category.

The Lacies:

                               Grey lace bolero

How about a bit of a Spanish look? This beautiful flowery shrug comes in a limited edition..
Only a few were made.

And here is another limited edition one... This Gold snake pattern fabric.. So fabulous but the fabric was all sold out by the time I got to the fabric shop so I only had enough to make 3 pieces. How stunning is this material?!

As in every collection I gotta have some fun stripe boleros.. So here is a great one I made:

For more you can check out these:

And finally I'd like to present the cocoon batwing shrug, 3/4 sleeves with a long fit in the back and super comfy:

So there you got it, a taste of my new collection.
To see the whole collection, you can check out my Etsy shop: Sheeebz shop

Till Next time,
:)

So... My first blog post ever!
Well I was thinking of what I could write about on my first post and decided to go with styling for my upcoming photo-shoot.

My new shrugs and boleros are soon to be ready for the spring photo-shoot. After looking at make up and hair styles for a while I came up with these awesome styles.

A bit of a dark Gothic style, I like the loose just woke up kinds look.

But I'm not sure that that is the look I wanna go for...

Then I came upon this Romantic look, Love the braid , the gentle make up, and also here there is a bit of that sloppy hair look that I really love. Similar to the hair style I did in the last photo shoot.

Here I found a great hair style- sloppy, side bun and a bit of a braid in there.

As for make up I want a clean yet elegant look, here are some directions I was thinking of-

This one is a bit more Cat looking, love the cat eyes style!

Here is a gentle smokey eyes look that could work well-

Now I have to think hard and decide on the the final look...

To be continued ;)
Have any idea? comment below!
